Request Plugin Category Change
Requests should be submitted by the plugin owner.
This page is to request that a plugin already listed on FPP - Falcon Player be moved to a different category - for example if it was filed under the wrong one at submission time, or its scope has grown since.
What happens after I submit?
- On the next page, pick the new category and tell us why, then submit the issue.
- Ownership is checked automatically for everyone (it compares your GitHub login against the plugin repo's owner).
- Either way, a pull request is opened automatically applying the change - a maintainer reviews and merges it (this never commits directly). If ownership couldn't be confirmed (e.g. an org-owned repo, or you're reporting someone else's plugin as miscategorized), the PR says so plainly, so the maintainer decides with that in mind.
